SHIPPING POLICY

£4.35 delivery charge per order irrespective of how many items, free delivery for orders over £60.00 and postcodes within NN12. All goods which are despatched via Evri will be within 3 - 5 business working days, or we will notify you of a delay. Goods brought within the NN12 postcode will usually be hand delivered within 2/3 days, you will receive a text to arrange this at a convenient time for you.

For customers within the NN12 postcode, please choose this option using the drop down option at checkout, this will take off your postage costs.

At the moment we only deliver to the UK.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you need to return your order,it will be at your own cost and outbound postage will not be refunded. Refunds are not actioned until the goods are received and confirmed that they are in the same condition as when sent.

Returns can only be accepted if the items are incorrect or faulty as they are classed as food items.
